Effective For: www.bachatasensual.ca ("Site") operated by Queen & Andrew ("we," "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services (classes, performances, team onboarding), you agree to:
- These Terms,
- Our Privacy Policy,
- Any service-specific rules stated during booking.
2. Services Overview
We offer:
- Private/Group Classes: Sensual Bachata, Salsa, technique training.
- Event Performances: Shows for weddings, corporate events, etc.
- Euforia Motion Team Onboarding:
- 10 private classes (Bachata or Salsa) at 50% discount ($750 total).
- Post-onboarding:
- Weekly training at $40/week or $160/month (billed proportionally if joining mid-month).
3. Payments & Cancellations
Fees: Listed on the Site are binding. International events may incur travel surcharges.
Refunds:
Classes: 48-hour cancellation for full refund. Later cancellations forfeit payment.
Performances: 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance due 14 days pre-event.
Team Onboarding: $750 fee is non-refundable once private classes begin.
4. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Physical Activity: Dance involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and confirm you are medically fit.
Injury Waiver: We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes/performances.
Property Damage: Clients/venues are responsible for damage to equipment (e.g., sound systems).
5. Intellectual Property
Choreography: All routines created by Queen & Andrew remain our exclusive property.
Media: We may use photos/videos from classes/events for marketing (opt-out in writing).
6. Euforia Motion Team Terms
Onboarding: 10 private classes must be completed within 4 months of payment.
Weekly Training: Failure to attend ≥3 consecutive sessions without notice may result in removal from the team.
Code of Conduct: Disrespectful behavior (racism, harassment) terminates membership without refund.
7. Event Performances
Client Responsibilities: Provide safe space, agreed technical setup (sound/stage), and timely payments.
Cancellation by Us: Rare (e.g., illness). We will refund deposits or reschedule.
8. General
Changes to Terms: Updates posted on the Site. Continued service use = acceptance.
Governing Law: Ontario laws apply. Disputes resolved in Toronto courts.
