By making a payment through BachataSensual.ca, you agree to the following terms:
Payment & Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of class cancellation by BachataSensual.ca.
- If you are unable to attend a class or event, you may reschedule, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Missed classes without notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Class Cancellations
- BachataSensual.ca reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or event. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Liability
- Participation in classes or events is at your own risk. BachataSensual.ca is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during participation. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health and capable of participating in the activities.
Privacy
- Your personal information is kept confidential and will only be used for communication regarding your booking, updates, and promotional offers related to BachataSensual.ca. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Class Policies
- Please arrive on time for your classes. Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid disruption.
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times towards instructors and fellow participants. Failure to comply may result in removal from the class without a refund.
