Workshop: Sip & Sway

This isn’t your typical dance workshop. On May 31 st, we’re inviting you to slow down, tune in, and move with pure intention - while sipping your favourite drink. In this 2 h Sensual bachata workshop, we’ll explore how to control your frame, connect with your partner, and move fluidly through body isolations and transitions.


Whats included:

  • 2h of guided bachata instruction
  • Chest rolls, waves, frame-focused drills
  • Light movement games with props
  • Complementary coffee or tea
  • A calm, creative and inspiring learning space

Canada's skilled instructors, led by Queen and Andrew, include former and current competitors. They have represented Canada on judging panels at international competitions in Canada, Europe, and Istanbul, offering valuable insights into judges' expectations.
